Key responsibilities & impact

Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures
Provides production support of applications in production by troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, developing fixes, and migrating solutions
Codes programming logic for new or existing solutions according to design specifications
Handles installation, configuration, development, monitoring, and/or upgrade of assigned software products
Maintains up-to-date records of issues with existing code
Monitors quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance
Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements and communicates them to drive efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
5 to 8 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
Latest knowledge on new technology and computer systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ability to communicate complex procedures to colleagues
Close attention to detail and desire to probe further into data
