About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-end management of the recruiting process for specialists and managers in the Shared Service Center
- Management of traditional job postings as well as active sourcing across all common channels
- Close collaboration with HR Business Partners
- Regular communication with managers to ensure targeted filling of positions and to further develop the existing recruiting strategy
- Identification and reporting of key recruiting metrics, and maintenance and further development of our employer branding strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial apprenticeship or degree, preferably with a focus on HR
- At least one year of professional experience in active sourcing for specialists and managers
- Knowledge of all common active sourcing channels
- Strong communication skills for both internal communication with managers and external communication with potential candidates
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Fluent in spoken and written English
