About the role
- Supervises the sales and operational performance of multiple branches
- Implements corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the overall direction of Motion Industries
- Collaborates to identify and secure new business opportunities and improve operational effectiveness
- Plans, organizes, allocates resources and directs the day-to-day operations of the division under the direction of the Division VP
- Covers all aspects of sales, account management, training, and sales support
- Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals
- Creates action plans to penetrate new markets and cultivate customer relationships
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Assists in leading the sales strategy and growth plan for a Division set by the Division VP
Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- 5 to 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination
- Exceptional level of drive and passion for results
- Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to coach and provide feedback to direct reports
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Good driving record required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
