About the role
- Oversee busy branches by ensuring day-to-day operation is maintained efficiently.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as required.
- Develop customer relations and meet sales targets.
- Monitor stock control and audits, manage cash procedures, and ensure high standards of housekeeping.
- Performance manage the sales team and drive promotional activities within the area.
Requirements
- Must have experience working in the automotive industry.
- Experience as an Area Manager or Motor Factor Branch Manager looking for progression.
- First class commercial awareness with the ability to leverage reporting data to drive growth and margin.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
