About the role
- Oversee and manage contractual agreements on a national side
- Negotiation, drafting, and maintaining all elements of contracts
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Develop, manage, and report on customer contract business
- Monitor and report contract performance
- Develop solutions that satisfy customers while adding value to the business
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with experience working within a Tenders/Bid Team on high-value contracts
- Proven ability in building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail & organisational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills – including Excel, Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint
- Product knowledge is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Mining Industry is highly desirable
