About the role
- Managing and enhancing the quality of product data within the organization's PIM system
- Creating, inputting, reviewing, approving and distributing product master data
- Working with vendors and third parties to collect and update data
- Managing data requests in support of business processes, new product sales initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions
- Driving excellence and ensuring continuous improvement in quality of data through cleansing and best practices for data construction
- Providing input into the development of PIM data collection templates and workflows
- Collaborating as a data steward within teams to ensure clear understanding of business requirements
- Identifying opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve data quality
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business needs
Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, operations, marketing or a related field
- Zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of workflow management techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, etc.
- Experience with product information management tools (Stibo, Salsify, inRiver, Oracle, etc)
- Experience with data BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc)
