  • Advanced problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, including influencing and negotiating at senior levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred as well as industry certifications.
