About the role
- represent Motion Industries to customers
- proactively make outbound calls with assigned existing account base
- engage and further develop sales opportunities
- work closely with decision makers to expand volume business
- identify, quote, and convert sales on products not currently purchased
- partner with customer service representatives on order entry and tracking
- update CRM for account follow-ups and quoting opportunities
- present Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts
- train customers on tools
Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- two or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination
- ability to understand customer pain points
- understanding product requirements
- capability of identifying potential add-on sales opportunities
- strong communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation
- experience with core sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently while achieving sales growth goals
