About the role
- Serves as the first point of contact for people-related questions and concerns
- Provides business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of assigned business unit(s)
- Leads employee relation investigations, including harassment and ethics complaints
- Coaches supervisors and managers on how to efficiently address internal employee relations issues
- Organizes and maintains compliance policies in preparation for investigations
- Works with managers to identify training needs
- Assists with performance management reviews and employee engagement surveys
- Interprets and advises on human resources policies and procedures
Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- 5 to 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Up to 25% travel is required
