About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer inquiries via email and phone;
- Process and follow up customer orders;
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics activities;
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues;
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners;
- Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and internal departments;
- Update customer and order information in ERP/CRM systems;
- Prepare reports and support operational improvements;
- Handle complaints and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent Hungarian, fluent English, fluent Croatian or Slovenian (written and spoken);
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities;
- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook);
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage;
- Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain in an advantage.
