About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design the end-to-end quality strategy and define long-term technical guidelines for projects;
Architect, validate and evolve complex automation frameworks and accelerators from scratch;
Lead research, adoption and governance of new technologies, including the use of Artificial Intelligence;
Actively manage, build and evolve Quality Gates, test observability and automated pipelines;
Influence system architecture to ensure systems are testable, resilient, and built for high reliability;
Mentor, enable, and guide the technical development of other quality engineers on the team;
Work directly with strategic clients, translating complex quality engineering metrics into business value.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in quality processes and ensuring the reliability of high-complexity systems;
Strong experience building and customizing mobile test automation frameworks;
Experience with Appium for front-end testing and knowledge of Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS);
Strong knowledge of coding best practices;
Hands-on experience integrating quality routines into CI/CD pipelines;
Experience performing direct validations on microservices APIs;
Practical experience applying AI tools to testing engineering;
Proficiency in defining, tracking, and evolving quality metrics;
Experience mentoring teams and supporting the technical development of team members;
Experience working directly with corporate clients and technical leadership.
