About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design the end-to-end quality strategy and define long-term technical guidelines for projects.
- Architect, validate, and evolve complex automation frameworks and accelerators from scratch.
- Lead research, adoption, and governance of new technologies, including the use of Artificial Intelligence to optimize testing.
- Actively manage, build, and evolve Quality Gates, test observability, and automated pipelines within complex CI/CD environments.
- Influence system architecture to ensure systems are testable, resilient, and designed for high reliability.
- Mentor, enable, and guide the technical development of other quality engineers on the team.
- Interface directly with strategic clients, translating complex quality engineering metrics into business value.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced English for conversational use in international projects.
- Knowledge of techniques and tools for mobile, web, and API testing.
- Experience in testing processes — planning, modeling, and test execution.
- Strong experience in test strategies and ensuring reliability of highly complex systems.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to test engineering.
- Experience defining, tracking, and evolving quality metrics and preparing clear, analytical test reports.
- Experience mentoring teams and supporting the technical development of team members.
- Ability to interact with corporate clients and technical leadership.
