About the role

  • Conduct and follow up on one-on-one feedback sessions with employees, ensuring a continuous development environment;
  • Manage the team's operational processes, such as time-sheet adjustments, vacation tracking, medical certificates and absences;
  • Act directly in people management, supporting Tech Leads and team members;
  • Identify challenges in team engagement and propose agile, practical solutions;
  • Serve as a point of reference for employees, ensuring close and effective follow-up;
  • Drive initiatives for the professional development and growth of team members;
  • Handle internal conflicts, seeking practical solutions aligned with Sofist’s culture;
  • Ensure HR processes are smooth, efficient and consultative.

Requirements

  • Availability to work on a temporary basis for 7 months;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Previous experience as a Business Partner or in a similar role, working directly with people management;
  • Ability to handle both operational and strategic demands;
  • Experience in conflict management and mediating team challenges;
  • Agility in task execution and decision-making;
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to different scenarios and challenges.
