About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a force multiplier for Socure’s Public Sector business supporting government agencies, education, and healthcare institutions
- Lead customer and revenue initiatives, including QBRs, agency briefings, renewals, proof-of-value and pilot readouts, and RFP responses
- Support renewal and recompete strategies through pricing analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk assessment
- Identify expansion opportunities through agency, program, and market analysis
- Develop executive-ready materials translating customer, policy, and technical requirements into recommendations
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal across public sector sales cycles
- Own deal reviews, forecasting, internal QBRs, leadership meetings, and all-hands operating cadences
- Track priorities, dependencies, and follow-ups while resolving blockers
- Improve reporting, workflows, and cross-functional processes
- Build scalable operating systems, dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, and automation
- Act as strategic thought partner to Public Sector leadership and drive initiatives from concept through execution
- Conduct strategic, financial, and operational analysis to support business decisions
- Balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution and bring structure to ambiguity
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, or 1–2 years post-MBA
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create executive-ready presentations and recommendations
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across long, complex sales and procurement cycles
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a bias toward action
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity while balancing strategic thinking with execution
- Familiarity with government procurement, contracting, RFPs, or regulated industries is a plus
- Experience in consulting, finance, government, GovTech, civic technology, or other analytical operating roles welcomed
- Direct public sector experience is a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is located
