About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You'll be the technical voice in the room when Socure sells our orchestration platform
- Leading a discovery call with a Fortune 100 bank's fraud ops team
- Negotiating integration architecture with a technical buyer
- Co-authoring the mutual action plan with your AE
- Demoing our no-code decisioning platform to an audience that ranges from a VP of Fraud to a staff engineer
- Escalating real customer requirements into Product and Engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years total experience, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical sales role
- A track record of carrying technical ownership on complex enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV)
- Experience configuring, demoing, or deploying a SaaS platform as part of the sales motion
- Strong communicator across audiences
- Comfort with APIs, JSON, basic SQL, and reasoning about distributed systems
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-sites, QBRs, and key customer engagements
