About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build the network: Identify and recruit the right members. Maintain a high bar for who joins and why.
- Design high-impact experiences: Run in-person and virtual sessions that drive meaningful participation and repeat engagement.
- Turn conversation into insight: Capture what matters and synthesize it into clear themes and takeaways.
- Run the system: Own the community platform, communications, and day-to-day operations.
- Drive internal leverage: Share those insights across marketing, sales, product, and strategy to inform decisions and action.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building or scaling communities, executive programs, or high-touch customer experiences
- Proactive and resourceful, with a bias toward action and a track record of making things happen
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior leaders
- Strong operator with attention to detail and follow-through
- 5–8 years in community, events, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or fraud and risk is a plus
- Curious, energetic, and great at connecting people and ideas
