About the role
- Define and drive strategic product initiatives that span multiple product lines within RiskOS
- Set a bold, multi-year strategic vision for cross-product initiatives and anticipate future customer needs
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch for areas like Advanced Prefill and Age Assurance
- Own and refine cohesive, integrated product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Secure organizational alignment and executive buy-in and communicate initiatives across teams
- Mentor and elevate product management talent to foster strategic thinking and leadership
- Partner with data science and engineering leadership to establish integration frameworks for cross-product solutions
- Champion go-to-market strategies with sales, marketing, growth, and customer success to maximize customer impact
- Translate complex data insights and technological advancements into clear, actionable product strategies
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles, including proven leadership at senior or director level within the risk & identity space
- Extensive experience and demonstrated passion for building innovative solutions from the ground up (zero-to-one)
- Deep strategic expertise across multiple product domains with recognized thought leadership on emerging trends and technologies
- Proven ability to articulate and execute multi-year product visions and strategic roadmaps
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring product managers
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate vision and strategy at all levels
- Strong influencing skills to align diverse stakeholders on complex cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree required; technical discipline strongly preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States indefinitely without any visa sponsorship
