Develop technical narratives for diverse stakeholders
Craft messaging that highlights the unique power of Socure’s technology and the measurable impact on customers’ business outcomes
Analyze competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation points.
Develop competitive positioning strategies that showcase Socure’s superiority
Collaborate with Product to understand roadmaps, new features, use cases to inform GTM strategies
Create technical enablement content for sales, customer success, and partners; including solution guides, architecture diagrams, workshops, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
Represent Socure in technical discussions with customers, partners, and at industry events.
Use AI tools to scale and enhance content creation, supporting scale and efficiency
Requirements
5+ years in technical product marketing, product management, marketing, solutions engineering, or related roles in identity verification, fraud, or risk industries.
Strong technical understanding of digital biometrics and/or computer vision
Compelling and concise communication skills
Excellent storytelling and writing abilities
Proven collaboration across sales, product, and engineering
Analytical skills for market research and competitive positioning
Experience producing technical content and leading enablement sessions
