General Counsel

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts (including SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and partner agreements such as VARs, MSSPs and Distributors).
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, letters, legal templates, playbooks, and other documentation.
• Provide day-to-day legal assistance and report to Legal Counsel.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking, signature coordination (DocuSign), and filing.
• Review and respond to sales team inquiries regarding standard contractual matters within established guidelines and escalation procedures.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely responses.
• Work primarily during Central European Time (CET) business hours, with flexibility to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours when required to support global sales operations.
