Key responsibilities & impact

Preventative maintenance to complete range of Socomec products and third-party products
Commissioning of Socomec and supporting products on site
Phone and on-site support
Fault finding on entire range of equipment, both on site and workshops, service work within premises
Repairs to stock equipment
Technical product support to the sales engineer to assist with project sales
Service and commissioning Reports
24/7 Customer Service weekly roster
Liaise with customers, ability to sell yourself and to promote service work in a professional sales manner
Promote Socomec CIM Contracts and consumable replacements to customers

Licensed Electrician (Electrical Contractors Licence – NSW)
UPS, Critical Power or Service related industry experience is preferred
