Marketing and Communications Programs Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze marketing and business challenges to inform and guide communication activities.
- Define communication strategies aligned with target audiences, markets, and geographic regions.
- Lead end-to-end 360° communication programs, from strategic definition to operational execution (creation of promotional content, events, digital campaigns, press relations, etc.).
- Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (web, data, social media, events, creative studio, corporate communications, local MarCom teams, agencies, etc.) using a cross-functional management approach.
- Monitor the deployment of major communication programs, ensuring their coherence and adoption across markets.
- Measure and analyze the performance of activities for the group's priority programs (visibility, engagement, lead generation, etc.), identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvement of the programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing and/or Communications.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing or communications project management.
- Strong expertise in defining communication strategies and managing complex projects.
- Professional-level English (B2/C1).
