About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Services, R&D) to provide actionable financial analysis and business insights.
Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.
Generate monthly reporting packages for the business lines, including variance/trend analysis and performance tracking against targets and KPIs.
Efficiency with delta pricing analysis, customer/product mix variation analysis, manufacturing cost deviation analytics.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
Drive financial process improvements and support digital finance transformation initiatives.
Reporting to Finance Business Partner on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in finance or business partnering, preferably within industrial, energy, or high-tech sectors.
Experience in cost accounting.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear and impactful insights for business partners.
Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Must possess and maintain an unrestricted valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel to international destinations; must possess and maintain a valid passport for international travel.
Must be available for business travel to international locations.
