About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze market and technical information to develop product requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with R&D, technical sales, and project management to prioritize features and maintain product roadmaps.
- Contribute to product strategies, pricing analysis, launch tactics, and commercial proposals.
- Support sales by participating in customer discussions, developing technical documents, and presentations.
- Guide and conduct market assessments, provide regulatory guidance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in product management, OEM partnerships, and product commercialization.
- 3-5 years’ experience in UPS systems and power controls.
- Experience in market analysis, product development, and technical sales support.
- Deep knowledge of UPS systems, power controls, and related hardware.
- Familiar with Datacenter Industry.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
