About the role

  • You are responsible for the product experience of our B2B SaaS platform
  • You translate strategic business goals into intuitive, cross-platform design solutions
  • You collaborate as an equal sparring partner with Product Management and Engineering
  • You design and lead workshops with internal and external users
  • You evolve and maintain our existing design system
  • You support features throughout their entire lifecycle — conception, implementation, testing, and iteration.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Product/UX design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or platform environment
  • Proven experience translating complex systems into clear, understandable user experiences
  • Highly proficient with Figma and design systems (components, variants, auto-layout, variables)
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and analytics to make data-driven decisions
  • Routine working with cross-functional teams and handling development handoffs.
