• You support administrative HR tasks, maintain personnel records, prepare contract documents and handle certificates, documents, and internal inquiries.
• You assist in organizing trainings, professional development, team and company events, and initiatives related to health and mental wellbeing.
• You help prepare HR metrics and reports in a clear format, improve processes and simplify recurring workflows.
• You also contribute to automations and AI use cases that make our work more modern and efficient.
• You support international freelancer management, review invoices, reconcile services and assist with topics such as compliance, occupational safety and mandatory training.
• You proactively bring ideas to HR topics, shape your focus actively and gradually take on more responsibility—aligned with your strengths.
