About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout targeted markets
Build and maintain relationships with brand owners, packaging buyers, and commercial print customers
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account growth
Work closely with estimating, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share
Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous sales experience within folding cartons, packaging, offset printing, or commercial print
Demonstrated success selling cartons, POP displays, packaging, or related printed products
Existing book of business and customer relationships
Proven ability to generate and manage $1M+ in annual sales revenue
Strong understanding of offset printing and packaging manufacturing processes
Experience selling into consumer products, retail packaging, or commercial print markets is highly desirable
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business
