About the role
- Partner with Social Factor departments to provide services to clients on time and on budget
- Oversee projects from budget, resourcing and timeline perspective
- Track project performance via metrics
- Create and manage budgets for client work
- Use Asana to manage milestones and progress
- Serve as silent support for client tasks
- Adjust schedules and scopes as project needs change
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a project manager in a social media or advertising agency or software deployment firm
- BA or BS in business or related fields is required
- Asana or relevant PM tool experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
