Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, design, and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve core business challenges and optimize internal workflows.
Serve as our internal AI champion; continuously evaluating our operations and building tools that drive efficiency, automation, and scale.
Bridge the gap between abstract business needs and functional, AI-powered systems.
Leverage modern vibe-coding platforms and low-code/no-code ecosystems to rapidly prototype and deploy scalable solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven ability to generate and deploy functional internal tools.
Hands-on with app-building environments like Base44, Replit Agent, Bolt.new, v0, or similar rapid-prototyping sandboxes.
Understanding modern software components (APIs, databases, webhooks, frontends vs. backends).
Exceptional fluency in natural language programming and agentic workflows.
Proven experience in Business Analysis, Operations Management, or Product Management.
Solid grasp of product design, user experience (UX) fundamentals.
