Key responsibilities & impact

Helping to grow a social-first content creation department and our content creation style
Driving social fluency - has a deep understanding of social trends and nuances as they emerge while staying current with social platforms trends capabilities and offerings
Manages a team of Content Creators and Designers, providing constructive feedback on ideas and content to elevate them ahead of client delivery
Works closely and has the desire to collaborate with the other departments to create social playbooks for brands
Leads the content creation part of new business pitches from proposal to pitch, guiding the content team to develop exciting work

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of experience managing social content creators and designers in agency and/or brand
Proven experience working as a social Content Creator with a portfolio of social-first work demonstrating successful ideation and creative output for brands
Knowledge of working with video, graphic design, typography, layout, illustration and typography, within brand guidelines
Has experience of creating social-first video content
Comfortable shooting on mobile as well as editing with traditional and app-based tools
