About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a team of community management specialists as the voice of clients’ brand
- Day-to-day social media community management, engaging with consumers and communities
- Assist in revising engagement tactics and recommendations
- Creation and on-time delivery of social media performance reports
- Line Management of shift team members including training and onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native level/fluent Italian and Spanish
- Strong English written and verbal skills
- Proven experience in online customer support, social media moderation or engaging with social media communities on behalf of brands
- Working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube
- Client facing experience is advantageous
- Any experience working with B2B or within logistics industries sought after
