About the role

  • Reporting to our Head of Vendor Management, collaborate closely with Project Management, and Sales teams to translate business needs into actionable sourcing briefs and high-volume freelance sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively build and nurture agile talent pools for roles in writing, editing, translation, SEO, and more.
  • Reach out, screen, and qualify freelancers for specialization, responsiveness, past performance, availability, and cost alignment.
  • Lead robust rate negotiations, ensuring securing top talent while managing costs and margins.
  • Facilitate fast onboarding and compliance across global markets.
  • Keep pipelines and databases updated, organized, and ready to meet fast-arising business demands.
  • Maintain regular reports for sourcing stats, open roles, pipeline health, and transparency around feasibility and risks.
  • Operate independently, taking ownership of your workload, identifying process improvements, and driving efficient yet effective sourcing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in talent sourcing/recruitment (with heavy sourcing or freelance/vendor focus).
  • Exceptionally strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of cost-efficient sourcing.
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage yourself independently and work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong ability to balance operational needs with supplier satisfaction and client expectations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft E365, project management, or collaborative tools.
  • Data management skills are highly desirable.
  • High proficiency to native level in English is a must. Other languages are a plus.
