About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control
Analysing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities and areas for improvement
Developing and implementing cost optimisation strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders
Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests
Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines)
Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimisation

Requirements

What you’ll need

English B2+, Russian C1+, Chinese B2+
Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC use
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management skill
Ability to find professional solutions across a range of situations
