About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement the Executive Search strategy for C-level, managers and niche expert roles
  • Create internal standards, frameworks, and methodologies tailored to leadership hiring
  • Introduce industry best practices across search/mapping, candidate pipeline, assessment, and offer stages
  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of high-potential leadership candidates
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Founder, C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Develop and implement deep assessment tools
  • Design and implement an end-to-end Executive Search process
  • Build a robust analytics framework and deliver regular executive-level reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Executive Search, including C-level roles
  • Proven experience in international Executive Search
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in team leadership, hiring and onboarding recruiters, and regular one-on-one meetings
  • Strong expertise in market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitive analysis
  • Experience in building and implementing Executive Search processes and technologies within a company
  • Ability to work with metrics, analytics, and reporting
  • English - B2+, Russian - C1+
