Key responsibilities & impact

Assistance in managing and developing partners
Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions
Sending out communications to partners and collecting feedback
Managing project of news channels
Working on partners' requests (frequent questions, assistance with onboarding)
Assistance in all CRM chats

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B2+
Proficiency in Russian - C1+
Excellent communication skills
Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
Experience in working with Google Workspace
