Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication and people coordination skills
Proven ability to research, structure, and verify information
Experience living in Georgia and/or Armenia and understanding relocation realities
Ability to independently find solutions and trusted local providers
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable coordinating events and communicating with different stakeholders
Russian language proficiency C1+
English proficiency B2+
Nice-to-have Georgian language skills (plus, not mandatory)
Understanding of taxation, legalization, residence permits, or relocation processes
Previous experience in community management, people operations, relocation, hospitality, or event management
Experience working with expat or digital nomad communities
Personal experience navigating immigration/legal status or relocation processes
