Key responsibilities & impact

Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department.
Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis.
Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes.
Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process.
Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience.
UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma.
Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Product Designer on e-commerce or B2B2C
A track record of working closely with product managers and engineers
Experience using product metrics and UX metrics to guide design decisions
Deep knowledge of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
Strong skills in Figma and modern design workflows
Experience working with design systems and tokenized components
The ability to produce clear design documentation
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
Excellent time management and ownership mindset
Russian C1+
English B2
