About the role
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to shape and refine product ideas
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for product team
- Create high-quality documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications)
- Prepare and facilitate pre-grooming and grooming sessions with the development team
- Ensure shared understanding of requirements across product, design, and engineering
- Support the development process by clarifying requirements and resolving questions
- Monitor feature implementation to ensure it aligns with initial requirements and business goals
Requirements
- Strong communication skills: ability to clearly articulate ideas, ask the right questions, and facilitate discussions with stakeholders
- Solid experience in documenting requirements in a structured and understandable way
- Analytical mindset: ability to identify dependencies, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements
- Problem-solving skills: ability to propose solutions and make well-reasoned recommendations
- Strong writing skills: experience creating user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience working in Agile environments (backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team
- Understanding of product thinking and a user-centric approach
- Experience with UML, BPMN, or other diagramming techniques
