About the role
- Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement
- Evaluate business processes and conduct research such as surveys to pinpoint issues
- Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical documentation for IT
- Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives; produce written reports
- Provide guidance and training to support implementation of recommended changes and assess impact
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications; provide design documentation, assets, and specs
- Monitor and evaluate performance of design solutions through user feedback and analytics; continuously refine UX
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (e.g., Figma)
- Create and maintain consistent visual language and style guide across product interfaces
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products
- Use of product metrics and UX metrics to inform decisions
- Ability to provide high-quality Design and Technical documentation
- Familiarity with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative
- Expertise conducting interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests
- Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence
- Self-starter who can take ownership with limited oversight
- C1+ or higher level of English proficiency
