About the role

  • Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps (CJM), key business metrics, and lifecycle and loyalty metrics
  • Create business specifications with measured potential business effects
  • Launch experiments using classic CRM channels (email, app/web push, SMS) and on-product channels (pop-ups, banners, chats, etc.)
  • Analyze the results of the conducted experiments
  • Taking ownership of one of the business's most valuable CRM initiatives (increasing retention of high ARPPU clients, preventing churn, etc.)
  • Proactively interact with key stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, development teams, and data analysts
  • Initiating improvements to processes and products, launching new channels, and using unusual mechanics to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and any BI systems
  • Understanding the main CRM metrics: OR, CR, CTOR, retention rate, churn rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.
  • High level of knowledge and experience working with key business metrics: revenue, ARPPU, LTV, etc.
  • English level B2 or higher
  • Russian levek C1+
  • Experience with SQL would be a plus.
