About the role

Deploy and manage updates to company systems in a safe, controlled manner.
Manage and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools ( Ansible , Terraform ).
Support and improve containerized environments ( Podman , Docker ) and Kubernetes .
Develop and maintain automation scripts in Bash/PowerShell and a programming language ( Python or Go ).
Manage source control and branching workflows ( Git ).
Monitor and maintain message queues ( RabbitMQ / AMQP ).
Collaborate with DevOps, development, and QA to ensure smooth CI/CD and system reliability.
Troubleshoot system/application issues and proactively improve performance.
Administer Windows Server 2008–2019 and core services ( AD/DHCP/DNS/IIS/DFS , etc.).

3+ years in a System Administrator / DevOps / SRE / Build-Release role.
Strong hands-on with Git , Bash/PowerShell , and at least one language ( Python or Go ).
Practical experience with Ansible and Terraform .
Experience with Docker/Podman and Kubernetes .
Knowledge of AMQP messaging (especially RabbitMQ ).
Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows server environments, including Windows Server 2008–2019 and AD/DHCP/DNS/IIS/DFS .
English proficiency B1–B2 (read/write docs, clear messages, team discussions).
Analytical and critical thinking; data-driven decisions.
Strong time management , responsibility , and ownership .
Proactive mindset: anticipate issues, suggest improvements, take initiative.
Nice to have: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitLab CI ).
Nice to have: Cloud experience ( AWS , GCP ).
Nice to have: Monitoring tools ( Zabbix , Prometheus , Grafana ).
Nice to have: Skills in building/analyzing service interaction maps (e.g., Kiali , Prometheus/Grafana , Jaeger , or other observability platforms).
