About the role
- Drive the end-to-end creative production process for UA ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google (from brief to final assets)
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of static and video creatives that meet or exceed performance benchmarks
- Contribute to and evolve creative direction in partnership with UA, internal design and AI teams
- Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, asset variation, editing support, and workflow acceleration
- Analyze creative performance across key metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate quickly based on results
- Propose and execute new creative initiatives and experiments aimed at improving conversion rates throughout the funnel
- Use AI-powered analytics and dashboards to identify patterns, insights, and testing opportunities
- Partner closely with UA to translate performance needs into clear briefs, hypotheses, and creative testing plans
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and AI teams to deliver assets efficiently and at scale
- Align on priorities and timelines with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth production and fast iteration loops
- Work with external creative partners (freelancers, studios, AI-powered content providers) when needed to expand production capacity
- Provide clear briefs, references, and feedback to ensure external output matches performance goals and quality standards
- Actively explore new tools, formats, and workflows to increase creative velocity and testing throughput
- Contribute to quarterly production plans and creative testing roadmaps (ideas, hypotheses, formats, iteration logic)
- Drive experimentation using both traditional and AI-enhanced formats, with a focus on CR improvement and velocity
- Maintain consistent use of production tools, asset tracking systems, and reporting frameworks
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor ads to inform creative direction, using AI-based trend analysis tools where applicable
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google
- Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance
- Proven experience driving measurable business impact — increasing revenue, ROAS, or conversion rates through creative testing, production, and optimization
- Proficiency with AI tools for creative production, optimization, testing, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Cursor, Claude Code, Replicate, Lovable, etc.)
- Proven experience delivering high-volume, high-performance assets
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Creative intuition + data mindset — you know how to balance storytelling with performance
- Experience working with design teams, video editors, and performance marketers.
