Job Level

About the role

  • Act as a playing coach in product and marketing analytics;
  • Identify root causes of changes in product KPIs;
  • Lead user behavior analysis and funnel analysis;
  • Lead design, evaluation, and interpretation of experiments;
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams;
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product analysts;
  • Build and scale a systematic marketing analytics framework;
  • Serve as the main analytics partner for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Product thinking: can think about the product through user behavior and metrics;
  • Systems thinking: able to think both top-down and bottom-up;
  • Critical thinking: questions data, assumptions, and conclusions;
  • Effective communication: uses data-driven storytelling;
  • Ownership and independence: proactively identifies problems and growth opportunities;
  • English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level;
  • Ability to work between GMT+4-GMT+10 timezone.
