About the role
- Act as a playing coach in product and marketing analytics;
- Identify root causes of changes in product KPIs;
- Lead user behavior analysis and funnel analysis;
- Lead design, evaluation, and interpretation of experiments;
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams;
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product analysts;
- Build and scale a systematic marketing analytics framework;
- Serve as the main analytics partner for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Product thinking: can think about the product through user behavior and metrics;
- Systems thinking: able to think both top-down and bottom-up;
- Critical thinking: questions data, assumptions, and conclusions;
- Effective communication: uses data-driven storytelling;
- Ownership and independence: proactively identifies problems and growth opportunities;
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level;
- Ability to work between GMT+4-GMT+10 timezone.
