About the role
- Data collection, validation, and analysis across company-wide financial and business metrics
- Automation and maintenance of regular management reporting
- Preparation of forecasts and recommendations for key financial indicators
- Budget control and cost efficiency analysis
- Detection and investigation of financial and business anomalies
- Support of related departments with data-driven insights (marketing efficiency, unit economics, client metrics)
- Evaluation and improvement of internal business and financial processes
- Participation in planning cycles and management reporting to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting, or business analytics (IT / digital / performance-driven environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of finance, economics, and basic statistical concepts
- Clear distinction between internal management analytics and investment analysis (this is not an investment role)
- Proficient user of Google Sheets / Excel (advanced formulas, large datasets)
- Confident SQL usage for data extraction and analysis (mandatory)
- Python for data analysis is a strong plus (or clear motivation to learn)
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in reporting
