About the role

Conduct thorough reviews of AI model dialogues with users, assessing clarity, relevance, and overall quality of responses.
Identify and document specific growth areas and necessary adjustments to enhance the model’s accuracy, tone, and contextual understanding.
Collaborate with the ML and development team to implement feedback and track improvements over time.
Ensure consistency in the model’s voice and adherence to established guidelines and brand tone.
Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing user interactions and improving the model’s ability to handle diverse scenarios.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and natural language processing to inform ongoing content strategies.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate). Upper Intermediate and higher (B2+).
Experience in content review, editing, or quality assurance, preferably in digital or AI-related fields.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback that contributes to product improvement.
Familiarity with AI or conversational models is a plus.
