About the role
- Conduct thorough reviews of AI model dialogues with users.
- Identify and document specific growth areas and necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the ML and development team to implement feedback.
- Ensure consistency in the model’s voice and adherence to guidelines.
- Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing user interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and natural language processing.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate). Upper Intermediate and higher (B2+).
- Experience in content review, editing, or quality assurance, preferably in digital or AI-related fields.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback that contributes to product improvement.
- Familiarity with AI or conversational models is a plus.
