About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute HR strategies and programs and work closely with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace matters, conflict resolution, and performance concerns
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that reinforce company culture and values
- Administer performance review cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and calibration processes
- Support succession planning and development programs
- Support global compensation processes (e.g., Salary Review, STI, LTI)
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local employment laws, as well as industry-specific regulations
- Oversee HRIS data integrity, reporting, and process improvements
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
