About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acts as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products
- Provides current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products
- Achieves territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies
- Delivers branded sales messages to customers and represents Sobi at local meetings
- Conducts weekly analysis of sales data to prioritize physician calls
- Ensures accurate reporting and compliance with all corporate, regulatory, state, and federal guidelines
- Develops and implements a territory business plan
- Analyzes market dynamics and identifies growth opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in business or science
- Minimum of 7 years selling experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
- Rare disease experience is encouraged and Rheumatology experience is a plus
- Demonstrated history of high sales performance
- Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary
- Strong work ethic, ability to develop priorities, and manage time appropriately in a large, assigned geography.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
