About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide commercial support for brand marketing strategy and tactical execution across the US hematology portfolio
  • Support and execute the commercial marketing plan for key HCP segments across multiple channels
  • Apply strong project management capabilities to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Measure and assess the impact of marketing initiatives against defined goals and optimize plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with MLR reviewers for medical, legal, and regulatory review of brand materials
  • Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure delivery of work consistent with brand strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidate must be located within the Eastern or Central Time Zone
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales
  • 2+ years working within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or broader life sciences industry
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong business judgment with a commitment to high ethical standards
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
