About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide commercial support for brand marketing strategy and tactical execution across the US hematology portfolio.
- Support and execute the commercial marketing plan for key HCP segments across multiple channels, including media, digital, print, and omnichannel.
- Ensure all tactics align with brand strategy and drive achievement of defined KPIs and goals.
- Apply strong project management capabilities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Measure and assess the impact of marketing initiatives against defined goals and optimize plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with MLR reviewers to ensure all brand materials meet medical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate must be located within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales.
- 2+ years working within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or broader life sciences industry, including direct industry experience or client-facing consulting/support experience serving these sectors (e.g., payer, provider, hospital, healthcare services, or healthcare consulting organizations).
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Strong business judgment with a commitment to high ethical, compliance, and quality standards.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional support and driving execution.
