Requirements

What you’ll need

Master or equivalent higher university degree of Economics, Natural Science or Engineering in Biotech Ecosystems
5 years plus of experience in leading teams (virtual or direct reporting) for complex Supply Chain operations in Pharma / Biotech
Fluent in English and solid cross cultural awareness and experience
Staying in one of the CEERJ country for work in Pharma Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales for min. 9 – 12 months of benefit
Certified Operational Excellence AGILE Leader, green Belt certificate or equivalent trainings is of benefit
Solid communication working horizonal along the end-to-end supply chain and vertical from executives to deep knowledgeable experts
Leadership should be adaptable to different content and cultural situations, skill set and rank in the organization applying promptly the right content and context to deliver superior results
Ability to stay focused on strategic tasks is pivotal and trying to rethink the problem faced is a good attitude to deliver economic reasonable and patient centric objectives
